Trust and profile status
Read each profile state for exactly what it means
Each label describes one separate fact. No single label is a general endorsement, safety promise, clinical judgement, or prediction of results.
Public profile
The profile is visible in the directory. It may have been assembled from a named public source and may still be unclaimed. Publication does not imply membership, endorsement, availability, verified credentials, clinical authority, or payment.
Claimed profile
A person authorized to manage the profile has taken control of it on GetYourHealer. Claiming does not by itself establish identity, credentials, suitability, or a paid plan.
Identity verified
The identity evidence required for that person has been reviewed and is current. This does not review every qualification, statement, service, or outcome.
Centre authority
Authority concerns whether a person may act for a centre. It is separate from personal identity and practitioner credentials. GetYourHealer does not use this as a universal profile badge.
Credentials reviewed
Specific submitted credentials have been reviewed for the stated purpose and current review period. It is not an endorsement of every service or claim.
Information checked
The displayed public information was checked on the date shown. Facts can change, so confirm important details directly before making arrangements.
Published profile
The profile currently meets the rules for public display. Publication is separate from claiming, verification, subscription, and search indexing.
Disputed profile
A claim or material fact connected with the profile is under dispute. A dispute is handled separately from publication and other review states.
Search indexing
A profile may be visible in the directory without being included in search-engine indexes. Indexing is an editorial and technical decision, not a quality label.
Subscription
A provider may have a free or paid product entitlement. Payment does not establish trust facts, alter consent requirements, or improve organic position.
